No CV, no covering letter, no interview. Harmony assesses every application against the same six measures, in the same order, for everyone who applies.

Before you start: please read what the role does and does not include. The position is Crew Member. It is the only position we hire for, and it is not a route into any other position.

Full name

Mobile number Shift releases arrive here 40 minutes before each shift. A number that is off or out of signal is still a released shift.

Age Minimum age 16. There is no upper age limit.

Counter you want to work at A preference, not an assignment. Harmony places you where staffing is short, which may be a different counter in the same travel band.

Hours you can be reached for shifts Applicants available at any hour are placed first. Restricted availability is not a barrier but does lengthen the wait.

Compliance aptitude

Six questions. There are right answers and Harmony scores them automatically.

You are told to move to the fry station. You can see the fry station is fully staffed and the grill is not. What do you do?

An instruction contradicts what you were told ninety seconds ago. What do you do?

You need the bathroom during a rush. What do you do?

A customer asks you a question you cannot answer while an instruction is playing.

Another crew member tells you they think an instruction is unsafe.

How long do you expect to stay in the Crew Member role if you are hired?

Before you send it

I understand that Crew Member is the only role I am applying for, that all roles above it are Harmony functions, and that there is no promotion route out of crew.

I consent to continuous measurement of my task motion, response latency and utilisation while a headset is issued to me, and to that record being used in scheduling and engagement decisions.

I accept that shifts are released 40 minutes before they begin, cannot be declined or swapped, and that declining three released shifts in a rolling month ends the engagement automatically.

If I take sponsored housing, I accept that occupancy depends on active crew status and closes within 72 hours of my engagement ending.
