Utilisation floor moves to 79%
The review band rises by one point from Monday, group-wide. Crew currently between 78% and 79% will receive a headset notice at the start of their next shift.
Crew portal
Your crew card number is on the back of the card, under the badge strip. Your PIN is the one you set at the counter on your first shift.
Open a pay appeal
Pay disputes are the one thing that does not go through the headset. Submit an appeal in the portal and a member of the group payroll team — a person — will respond within ten working days.
Appeals about rostering, station allocation, break timing, task pace, utilisation scoring or engagement decisions are not accepted. Those are operational and are made by Harmony, which does not hold an appeal route.
Notices
The review band rises by one point from Monday, group-wide. Crew currently between 78% and 79% will receive a headset notice at the start of their next shift.
Average wait from break request to break granted is currently 8 minutes at 41 counters. Harmony is rebalancing. Do not leave your station before a break is granted.
Residence rent is taken at source on the first credited hour of each month. Crew who worked no hours in the month will see the deduction carried to the following month.
The $9.00 monthly assurance line renews automatically. Full-loss charges remain $340 and are recovered at $20 per credited shift.
214 crew reach three years and 38 reach ten years this month. Pins are issued at the counter during a shift and do not alter duties, station or pay band.
Counters are hiring in every travel band, and rooms are open at all four crew residences.
